I'm Amie—a minimalist, budget-loving solo traveler with a 35L colorful backpack and a deep curiosity for the world.

My solo travel story began at 18, when I flew alone to college in Hawaii with way too much luggage and zero idea that I was starting something life-changing.

That trip sparked a love of independent travel I’ve carried with me ever since—from island hikes to cobblestone streets to hostel kitchens filled with strangers-turned-friends.

Fast-forward to today, and I’ve now explored every country in geographic Europe and continue chasing new adventures across the globe—constantly on the move, usually with a last-minute itinerary (if any!), and always on a budget. I’m not a luxury-traveling tourist. I’m a real traveler—seeking culture, connection, and meaningful experiences over souvenirs and spa days.
